Blood Hunt

The Blood Hunt was a coming-of-age ritual performed by the beings of the Outer Rim astronomical object Cathar by the time of the High Republic Era. The Hutt male Churo, who resided on the Hutt Space planet Nal Hutta, was familiar with the ritual. In 228 BBY, Churo mentally used the Blood Hunt as an example of coming-of-age rituals beyond those of the Hutts, considering himself lucky that he did not have to undertake it, while feeling pressured to prove himself to his family.
