Manufactured by GoCorp, the CD-14c Gunner droid brain was a shipboard droid brain similar to the corporation's CD-12a autopilot droid brain.
Designed to be installed on a ship to assist sentient gunners or to operate weapon systems independently, the CD-14c was popular with those who wanted their ship to defend itself when necessary Despite its popularity, some owners complained about the brain's overly antagonistic and hostile behavior.
