Delia

Delia was a Human female, who was a sister of a criminal named Vasco Nailhead. When the two were living on the planet Tepasi as children, Vasco often sang to Delia a song called "Sweet Fronda Fane". When her brother was incarcerated in the prison facility Cog Hive Seven, Delia regularly sent him letters, remembering their good times together on Tepasi.
