The Dug Derby was a podracing course that shared its name with the sentient Dug species native to the planet Malastare in the Mid Rim. The Prae'tus podracer Volo Bolus, a resident of Malastare, had won a race on the Dug Derby by the time they participated in the Hydian-Hutta Podracing Circuit around 10 BBY. The win was recorded on their downloadable racing profile.
