EverAlert droid

The EverAlert droid was a security automaton similar in design to Tendrando Arms' YVH-series of battle droid. The EverAlert was manufactured by Justice Systems following the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War.

The Justice Systems EverAlert droid was a massive, humanoid automaton often used as a security guard in the Galactic Alliance. The droid was armored, and carried a heavy stun blaster in its right arm. A vocabulator allowed the droid to issue orders and threats in Basic.

An EverAlert was assigned to keep guard on Leia Organa Solo's cell when the Princess was captured by Admiral Nek Bwua'tu during the blockade of the Murgo Choke. Leia used the Force to distract the EverAlert, but found herself face-to-face with the imposing guard droid as she exited her cell. Fortunately, a touch of the Force reached past the droid's neck armor to trip its primary circuit breaker, and Leia was able to escape.
