Fibs Nibbelt

Fibs Nibbelt was an individual that owned the fathier Vermilion during a fathier race held in the city Canto Bight on the Outer Rim planet Cantonica in 34 ABY. Prior to the race, a racing guide was published that listed Fibs Nibbelt as fathier's owner. One of the guides was collected by the Resistance mechanic Rose Tico and later added the guide to her diary while she was on a mission to Canto Bight in 34 ABY.
