A firepac, also known as an emergency firefighter pack, was a kit used during fires and other atmospheric emergencies. Among the many items it contained was a full-face breath mask with a built-in comlink, and an emergency oxygen supply, allowing the user to breathe safely in smoke-filled environments. Firepacs were a bright orange in color.

In 0 ABY, Gilad Pellaeon, the senior bridge officer of the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Chimaera, used a firepac after smoke and gas filled one of the ship's turbolift areas as a result of sabotage by Warlord Nuso Esva.
