Grasslands Park was a public garden located on the northern outskirts of the Aldera, the capital of the planet Alderaan. It was often crowded with children and hosted the gingerbell blossom festival. In 18 BBY, the Force-sensitivity of the young Leia Organa first surfaced while she was playing in Grasslands Park.
