Helmet

A helmet was a component of armor worn on an individual's head. The Mandalorian super commandos sometimes decorated their helmets with horns. Clone troopers wore helmets as part of their armor, and occasionally referred to them as sun bonnets. Members of the 104th Battalion led by the Jedi General Plo Koon painted stylized wolf muzzles painted on their helmets. The Sith troopers of the Final Order wore red helmets made out of gammaplast.

Wookiee helmets contained a crest of an ancient sun symbol, and Wookiee hair could be threaded through its perforated flange.

Helmets were standard equipment in grav-ball and often got dirty.

Aunt Z had a shelf of flight helmets from across several decades in her tavern, including Mandalorian, clone trooper, Imperial, and rebel pilot.
