Icknya was a tyrant. At some point after she became the Chief of State of the New Republic in 11 ABY, Leia Organa Solo had to deal with Icknya. In 25 ABY, the protocol droid C-3PO compared the tyrant to the Yuuzhan Vong agent Nom Anor, the ruler of the planet of Rhommamool.
