Ivory (substance)

Ivory was a precious substance found throughout the galaxy that commonly resembled bone. One type of ivory, Rock ivory, could be used for anti-gravity generators, and was processed at plants on planets like Nam Chorios. Another rare type, Chammian ivory, was used to create valuable items, such as Jabba Desilijic Tiure's antique wall chrono. The wood of the japor tree resembled ivory, and the Ewoks of Endor possessed at least one sacred relic known as the Ivory Tooth.
