A savanna was a type of ecosystem found in the galaxy. The Outer Rim moon Toshara had a number of savannas on its surface. Savannas could also be found on Endor, Eriadu, Grava, Maldroth, Pam'ba, Prandril, Salient I, and Utapau. On Endor, the Ewok inhabitants of Bright Tree Village used woven savanna grass to thatch the roofs of their huts.
