The Overlook was a mountainous area in the Southern Falls region of Toshara, a savanna moon in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories. It included several large outcroppings made from amberine, a natural substance found on the moon. By 3 ABY, the Galactic Empire had constructed it's main base in the overlook on top of one of the amberine structures in order to send the message to the Tosharan locals that the Empire was in control of the moon.
That year, a dispatcher with the Galactic Empire reported a sighting of the thief Kay Vess after she was involved in a disturbance on Toshara.
