An individual known as Sec Leader Seven worked as security personnel in Lonisa City on the Outer Rim planet Valo during the High Republic Era. During the planet's Republic Fair in 231 BBY, after a communications blackout was resolved when Jedi Padawan Ram Jomaram and his colleagues repaired the world's Crashpoint Tower comm tower, he, the Padawan Lula Talisola, and their Bonbrak technician colleagues listened to an individual call out for Sec Leader Seven over comm.
