Starhook was a Galactic Alliance corvette commanded by Captain Voyce Evlen. In 44 ABY, the Starhook was sent by corrupt Alliance General Stavin Thaal to meet with the Imperial vessel Concussor, which was secretly commandeered by Bhindi Drayson's unit of Wraith Squadron. Evlen spoke with the fictitious Captain Avven Hocroft, actually Wraith Two Turman Durra in disguise, who had previously transmitted a message asking Thaal whether he desired power. Seeing through Wraith Squadron's ruse, Evelen ordered her forces to open fire.
