Unidentified maitre d'

During the Galactic Civil War, the Stone Grotto dinner club on the planet Bothawui was overseen by a maitre d', who among other things, took care that the restaurant's dress code was maintained, and even would offer articles of clothing to customers.

He welcomed a group of undercover Alliance Intelligence operatives to the restaurant in the year 3.5 ABY. As many other locals, he mistook one of them for a crime syndicate courier; when the operative corrected him, he complied, but still thinking it was part of his cover.
