Canon Linked from 2 articles
A cathedral was located in Aldera, the capital city of the Core Worlds planet Alderaan. In 1 BBY, Alderaan was annihilated by the Galactic Empire's Death Star battle station. During her wedding ceremony within a temple in Bright Tree Village on the Outer Rim moon Endor in 4 ABY, Princess Leia Organa mentally noted that there was every chance that had things turned out differently, she would have been married to rebel General Han Solo at the cathedral.
