Capitol

The Capitol, or capitol building, was the main government building in Lessu City, the capital city of Ryloth. Located in the Octagon district, it was the headquarters for the Ryloth Head Clan. When the Separatists occupied Ryloth during the Clone Wars, Emir Wat Tambor used the building as his headquarters.

Later, after the formation of the Galactic Empire, the building became the Empire's planetary headquarters. Opening on a large plaza where speeches from planetary leaders took place, the Capitol also contained offices, detention cells, and a private hangar where Senator Orn Free Taa kept his personal shuttle.
