Emir of Ryloth was a title established by Count Dooku and granted to Wat Tambor, the lead engineer and foreman of the Techno Union and a member of the Executive Separatist Council. Tambor led the Confederacy of Independent Systems operation to invade and occupy the planet of Ryloth and was empowered by Dooku to supervise the occupation as an emir. However, Tambor's occupation of Ryloth came to an end when he was captured by the combined might of the Galactic Republic and Twi'lek Resistance.
