A native temple was located on the planet Cilpar. The Cilpari Resistance and their leader, Elscol Loro, attempted to dismantle it and sell the rock to smuggler Talon Karrde, but the rock was unable to be chipped. Following the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY the New Republic's Rogue Squadron and Loro hid in the temple to take cover from Imperial Moff Boren Tascl and his forces.
