Darropolis was a city on the planet Hosnian Prime. A New Republic veteran hospital was located in the city, and the hospital was where Dade Hetkins received treatment and a cybernetic leg to replace the one lost in the aftermath of the Battle of Endor. Doctor Arsad supervised Hetkins' recovery, and assigned him the prototype therapy droid QT-9. Dome-style Hosnian homes were built on crystal dunes on the outskirts of the city. In 34 ABY, Hosnian Prime was destroyed by the First Order using the superweapon built within Starkiller Base.
