The decrepit starport was a spaceport built in a rock formation in the Western Dune Sea region of the desert planet Tatooine. By 3 ABY the spaceport had fallen into disrepair and was controlled by a pirate group.
In 3 ABY, Kay Vess used her fusioncutter to cut through a seal area of starport and steal the materials required to apply a sandstorm finish to the Trailblazer
