The Defensive Perimeter was located along the perimeter of Fortress Inquisitorius on the ocean moon of Nur in the Mustafar system. Airlock 8 was located within the Defensive Perimeter.
In 14 BBY, during his mission to restore the Jedi Order, Jedi Knight Cal Kestis infiltrated the Inquisitorius fortress through the Defensive Perimeter in order to recover a holocron that was stolen by the Inquisitor Second Sister on the planet Bogano after a brief duel with one another.
