The Desum Industrial Field was located on the Chiss Ascendancy's Unknown Regions planet Sposia. By 27 BBY, the Chiss Stybla family's Vivan cargo ship V-484 was on its way to the industrial field when a pirate starship of the Ascendancy's Clarr family disguised as an Obbic family transport hijacked it and brought it to the Chiss blackdock space station Glastis Three.
