Ekabi Central

Ekabi Central was the vibrant electric town of Coruscant, an ecumenopolis entirely covered by Imperial City. Shortly after the formation of the Galactic Empire in 19 BBY, Colonel Halland Goth of the Emperor's Royal Guard and his TC-series protocol droid TC-99 acquired Oolon's Star Almanac, a collection of data-tapes in an obscure and obsolete format. Intrigued, the pair trekked all the way from their accommodations in the Naval Intelligence Agency building in the Federal District to Ekabi Central to look for a compatible reader. After sifting through numerous stalls of unrecognizable devices and parts, Goth found the reader they needed in perfect condition and acquired it, although he felt that he had paid three times more for the device than its actual worth.
