The Emperor's Citadel, also known as Imperial Citadel, was the fortress that was located on the elusive Deep Core planet Byss. A large black and red-tinted tower at the centre of the Imperial control sector that contained a throne room of Emperor Palpatine. In 10 ABY, the reborn Emperor Palpatine used the throne when he reigned over the Dark Empire.
