The Imperial control sector, also known as the Emperor's ruling city, was the capital city of the planet Byss during Emperor Palpatine's second reign. Spanning an entire continent, it contained all the shipyards, industrial complexes, and administrative areas needed to run the Dark Empire, including the Imperial Freight Complex. The Emperor's Citadel was located in the center of the control sector
