Land Port

The Land Port was an industrial area of Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. The Land Port acted as the land-based entryway into the outpost for travelers arriving by foot, on the back of a creature, or in a surface vehicle. It contained notable businesses that provide essential services to locals and visitors alike. The Black Spire Station offered fuel and repairs for speeders such as X-34 landspeeders, V-35 Couriers, 74-Y speeder bikes, and Undicur-class jumpspeeders. Salju, a friendly local, owned and operated the station, and some referred her as the best mechanic on Black Spire. The Droid Depot consisted of a display area outside with various droids and an oil bath, and inside a massive collection of parts and mechanical pieces with some resting on a moving conveyor belt. The owner, Mubo, and his staff provided maintenance services to newly arrived travelers and locals. Gatherers collect and sell various pieces of salvage and scrap at Savi's Workshop, a space filled like a packrat's paradise. Nearby Savi & Son Salvage stands a Trilon tree called the Trilon Wishing Tree, covered in fabric strips from local traditions.

The port was more rugged than the rest of the outpost and the roadways were less maintained. It connected Black Spire Outpost Market with the forest that bordered the outpost and contained the Black Spire Ruins, where in 34 ABY the Resistance maintained a base during the war between the First Order and the Resistance.
