The Lanteel Glacier was a glacier on the planet Hoth. In 3 ABY, the rebels Han Solo and Luke Skywalker placed sensors on the glacier before Skywalker was attacked by a wampa and dragged to the creature's nearby cave. After escaping the cave, Skywalker was discovered by Solo on the glacier where the pair spent the night before being rescued the next day by Rogue Squadron.
