The Med'soto style was an architectural style that was once common during the Golden Age of the Old Republic on the planet Coruscant.

At some point between 28 BBY and 22 BBY, the Besalisk cook Dexter Jettster renovated his restaurant, Dex's Diner, in the early Med'soto style, which was characterized by bright lights, chrome accents, and tiled floors. By this time, it was considered a nostalgic style that recalled the golden days of the Galactic Republic.
