Muglan's base

Muglan's base was a camp on the planet Lanjer during the High Republic Era. Nestled deep within a hot and humid jungle, it became the chosen home of the pirate Muglan Tarantyne and her husband Straan Valgar after the two left their homeworld Gloon. After Tarantyne delivered two prisoners to Marchion Ro, leader of the Nihil, she planned to return to Lanjer with her newly acquired aurei. As she entered Lanjer's atmosphere, however, her starship, the Gloovan Moon, was attacked by a member of Ro's She'ar, causing the ship to crash to the surface. Meanwhile, a crew of Jedi and bounty hunters tracking Muglan had arrived on Lanjer to find her base. Although they were unsuccessful in finding it, the Jedi altered the trajectory of the ship's descent enough for Muglan to momentarily survive the initial impact and to acquire the information they needed from her.
