The Nicandra Counterrevolutionary Signalmen's Memorial Building was a building located near the Skysitter Restaurant in the upscale Federal District of Galactic City on the ecumenopolis Coruscant, capital of the Galactic Republic. The structure was a gray tower with a domed top that had a series of spike-like protrusions at the apex. In 22 BBY, the Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi passed by the building while hanging from the assassin droid ASN-121 shortly after its failed attempt to assassinate Senator Padmé Amidala in the nearby Senate apartment complex.
