Rose Academy

The Rose Academy was a culinary school on the planet Alderaan. By around 32 BBY, the humanoid Ru Annlord had been certified by the school and become the personal chef to the gangster Chulok on the planet Metagos. Around that year, Annlord served a feast at the mansion of General Naz Slithis on Metagos, where he informed the guests of his certification by the Rose Academy and described it as the greatest culinary school in the galaxy. In 1 BBY Alderaan was destroyed by the Galactic Empire's Death Star superweapon.
