Shinsui Temple

Canon Linked from 10 articles

Shinsui Temple was a temple located on a mountainside on the planet Rei'izu. The temple complex was separated from the pilgrims' ward of Yojou by a chasm, which required crossing a series of bridges and seven shrines. Its courtyard had a large pine tree. Many stone steps led up to the temple itself; its final stairs, the main hall's wide veranda and pillars, and the inner chamber's varnished floorboards were all wooden. The main hall was elevated on stilts to better overlook the chasm. Entered through painted doors, its inner chamber housed the kyber mirror of Shinsui Temple on a dais. The chamber had candles that lighted as they were passed and patterned metal lanterns on chains hanging from the rafters.

At the end of the Sith rebellion, Shinsui Temple disappeared along with the planet. Rei'izu was restored after twenty years and one week.
