The SoroSuub skyhook was located above the the world Coruscant. The skyhook was offered to the former members of Rogue Squadron after they resigned their commissions from the New Republic to liberate the planet Thyferra from former Director of Imperial Intelligence Ysanne Isard. However, the New Republic Provisional Council issued an order to ground all skyhooks near the area where the Executor-class Star Dreadnought Lusankya was buried in order to provide housing for the survivors.
