Tree of Life

The Tree of Life was a tree located on the Mid Rim planet Kashyyyk. It was sacred to the native Wookiee people, who traditionally held their longstanding Life Day celebration around the tree. To represent the original Tree of Life, Wookiee families typically chose an ancient tree, which they adorned with shining Life Day Orbs. Those who were far from Kashyyyk could conduct a simple ritual around an image of a tree or a mere piece of wood.
