Upper Arts Sector

The Upper Arts Sector was located on the planet Coruscant, situated three levels above an area near the Duros Blocks. In 19 BBY, the spy Chemish Runazha began monitoring the "4040s"—a pro-Galactic Empire activist group—and participated in their Separatist Reintegration Day protests. That day, the spy traveled in a cargo speeder with several of the group's members through the Warehouse District and the Upper Arts Sector, with Runazha taking note of their location.
