Calgon was a terrestrial celestial body situated in the Calgon system, a part of the Outer Rim Territories' Meridian sector. At some point during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance, a team of Rebel operatives unsuccessfully attempted to use stealth in approaching a target on Calgon. Later, one of the agents compared the incident to the team's plan of infiltrating an Imperial asteroid base by using grav-bikes, to which their fellow operative replied that they were not to blame for the events on Calgon.
