Capella was a mining world located in the Capella system. It was situated in the Back Reach area of the Gordian Reach sector within the Trans-Hydian portion of the Outer Rim Territories. Capella was linked via hyperlane to the Arda and Little Capella systems. It was the origin point of Capellan turg-roots. Mining operations there were mostly carried out by droids and robominers manufactured by the inhabitants of the Arda system.
