The Arda system, originally known as the Ethain system, was a star system located in the Back Reach area of the Gordian Reach sector within the Trans-Hydian portion of the Outer Rim Territories. The hyperlane known as the Ardan Cross connected it to the Feldwes and Kalishik systems, and another hyperlane linked it to the Capella system. It contained the star Ethain, which was orbited by the planets Arda I, Arda II and Arda III.
