Celwis's largest moon was located in the Celwis system within the Unknown Regions and orbited the Chiss Ascendancy planet Celwis, which was controlled by the Chiss Xodlak family. It was situated in grid square F-8 of the Standard Galactic Grid. The terrestrial moon had a cliff wall concealing the abandoned Chiss frigate Midsummer, which had been left behind after the Xodlak family was demoted from its position of a ruling family to that of one of the forty Great Families. Around 18 BBY, the Midsummer was reactivated as the Xodlak wished to use it to claim a world that contained a vast supply of the metal nyix.
