Coto-Xana was a terrestrial celestial body located in the Colonies and the Interior, It was situated in grid square L-9 of the Standard Galactic Grid, within the Coto-Xana system. Coto-Xana was connected to the Uviuy Exen and Brentaal systems via the Hydian Way hyperspace route. In 382 BBY, a skirmish in the Eiram and E'ronoh War resulted in the creation of a belt of debris in orbit around Eirie, a moon situated between the twin planets Eiram and E'ronoh, that resembled Coto-Xana's rings of ice.
