The Galactic Centre was a super-massive black hole located within the Deep Core, at the center of the galaxy. The entire galaxy and its numerous stars rotated around the Galactic Centre. The powerful forces of the Galactic Centre resulted in constant movement of the stars in the Deep Core, which subsequently led to hyperlanes in the region changing daily. Despite the Galactic Centre being the geographical center of the galaxy, astrogation centered on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant.
