Lockest IV was a planet in the Lockest system. The system was located in the Palamut sector of the Expansion Region. Roark Garnet once claimed to have contracted the Merthian lung infection while on Lockest IV to stop Tax Inspector Mothra from searching his ship. Mothra, a hypochondriac, hastily ended the inspection without searching the vessel.
