Loreth was a terrestrial planet in the Loreth system in the Saijo sector of the Outer Rim Territories. The settlement of Wyke Town was established there during the High Republic Era, founded by Layton Wyke. A native creature known as a Gretalax began terrorizing the settlement from its den on the nearby mountain Temple Peak, leading the settlers to call upon the monster hunter Ty Yorrick for help.
