Obroa-skai

Obroa-skai was a planet located in the Obroa-skai system of the galaxy's Inner Rim. The Vaathkree Trade Corridor connected it to Contruum and Ubduria. It was known mostly for its libraries and medcenters. At the end of the Clone Wars, one of those medcenters bought a fleet of Sephi flyers from Thustra for use during emergency evacuations. Galen Walton Erso served as a teacher at a college on the planet.

In 14 BBY, Berch Teller and his rebel cell transmitted disinformation that they were traveling on Moff Wilhuff Tarkin's stolen corvette Carrion Spike to Obroa-skai. In response, the Empire diverted considerable resources including three interdictor vessels to apprehend the insurgents. The Immobilizer 418 cruiser's gravity well projectors malfunctioned, triggering a space accident involving several ships that claimed the lives of 1,100 passengers aboard the MC80 Star Cruiser Stellar Vista. Following the accident, the surviving ships were towed to Obroa-skai's shipyards for repairs.

Around 0 ABY, the Obroa-skai's Stratosphere Room on the planet was the location of the Obroan Intelligence Summit, a meeting of information brokers.
