Piu was an astronomical object in the Piu system in the Kallea sector of the Outer Rim Territories. The scholar Korin Aphra witnessed prayer-oolites form aurorae above Piu after the annual Giganism Sacrifice hit the troposphere. He later recounted the event to his daughter Chelli Aphra, wishing she had been there to see it.
