Pontus was an asteroid city situated in the Pontus system of the Outer Rim Territories' Tolonda sector. The city became part of the Occlusion Zone following its formation in 230 BBY and was sealed behind a barrier preventing hyperspace travel. In 228 BBY, the Stormwall's fall dissolved the Occlusion Zone.
