Shadren V was a celestial body located in the Shadren system, a part of the Belsmuth sector in the Trans-Hydian portion of the Outer Rim Territories. The Salin Corridor hyperspace route linked it to the Belsmuth, Botajef, Katraasii, New Bornalex, Sheris, and Solaest systems.
During the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance, Shadren V was the site of an Imperial Navy base. At some point between 1 BBY and 3 ABY, the Alliance carried out a successful attack on the base, which led to the sister of the Iotran Imperial Chandrex Grenn going missing.
