Tarnoonga was a terrestrial astronomical object where the Hutt Cedraa, the cousin of the Hutt male Churo, had a palace during the High Republic Era. It was located in the Tarnoonga system in the Arkanis sector of the Outer Rim Territories, in grid square R-17 of the Standard Galactic Grid.
